Description
A slightly oxidized oolong tea from Taiwan’s Mount Mei Shan, which brings with it all the characteristic qualities of a high-mountain oolong. When opened, the hand-picked yellow-green ‘pearls’ impart the fragrances of wild flowers, hot butter and caramel. The palate is flooded by the scents of such flowers as hyacinth and orchid while the aftertaste contains notes of sweetcorn and coconut milk. A sweet, revitalising tea with a long aftertaste.
