Description

Picked at an altitude of 1200 metres, in the Ali Shan mountain range of central Taiwan, this tea will agreeably surprise white tea aficionados. Its light green and ochre hued wide open leaves accompany silver tips. It yields a light spring cup, with a succession of aromas of roses in bloom, spearmint and melon on an ever present background of earthy and woody notes. A refreshing finish with menthol after-taste.
