Description

A highly oxidized and well-roasted oolong originating from Chin Shin  in Taiwan. The prevailing earthy fragrances of tree trunks and autumn leaves are joined by hints of black pepper as well as the sweet scent of ripe banana. All together a strong cup, leaving a woody aftertaste. This makes a good introduction to the world of dark oolong teas.
